The Citizens Network for Community Development Zambia (CNCD-Zambia) was established to address the growing need for youth and community participation in shaping Zambia’s social, economic, and environmental future. The organization is a platform where citizens, particularly young people and women, can unite to demand accountability, promote sustainable solutions, and contribute meaningfully to national and global development agendas. CNCD-Zambia was registered by the Registrar for NGOs under the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services (MCDSS).

Support environmental defenders, workers, and marginalized voices often overlooked in governance and development processes.

CNCD-Zambia’s work is centered on four core areas: Youth Empowerment & Leadership, Climate Justice & Sustainability, Women’s Empowerment, and Civic Education & Rights Awareness.
